I started my career in 2024 as a Sales Coordinator, where I handled loan login and disbursement processes. While working there, I enrolled in your complete Credit & Underwriting (Non-Commerce) course. I followed a strict routine, watching your lectures every day from 5 to 8 AM and again from 8 to 10 PM, while making detailed notes. I completed the entire course between December 2024 and April 2025. In June/July 2025 I joined [a bank] as a Credit Officer. Today, after one year in the banking industry, I have been promoted to Branch Credit Manager, and my overall salary has increased by nearly 70–80% over the past two years.
I was previously working in a CPA role, and after following your guidance and understanding the industry better through your videos, I have now moved into a CM role in Business Loans. Your explanations and career insights played a meaningful role in helping me make this transition.
With 8 plus years of experience in working capital, I must say that the teaching way of Ankush sir is unmatched. The way he simplifies complex concepts is remarkable. Even those who are serving in banks at senior levels are sometimes unaware of the nuances of these concepts. Kudos to him!
I did your working capital credit course as a fresher and bagged a job in co-lending as a product analyst in an NBFC. I was really stuck, and you came as a guiding light. Now I am earning well through my job and have become financially independent.
I want to say a very big thank you. All your working capital videos are very helpful. I have been working in a bank for 6 years in the same department, but my concepts were still not clear. After watching your videos, not only are my concepts clear, the quality of my CAM writing has improved too. I owe my improvement completely to you, sir.
I'm from Tamil Nadu and I don't know Hindi, but I used to watch the Hindi channel even though I could follow only around 25 percent of it. Your English channel is like God's blessing for people like me who don't know Hindi and work in a bank job. Your classes are very helpful, and I used to take notes from them for my interviews.
What you'll learn
Free tool
Check whether a business earns enough cash to repay its term loan this year. Enter figures in ₹ lakh.
Debt service coverage ratio
1.25 or above: comfortable cover.
DSCR = (PAT + Depreciation + Interest on term loan) ÷ (Interest on term loan + Principal repayment). Banks work this out year by year over the loan tenure and look at both the average and the weakest year.
The book
A practical book for credit managers. It walks through how a loan proposal is read, questioned and decided, in plain language anyone can follow, with case studies, tables and worked examples.
For business owners

I work with growing MSMEs on the numbers a lender will ask about.
About

I spent over ten years in bank credit across IndusInd Bank, HDFC Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank and ICICI Bank, underwriting working capital, business loans and loans against property.
In 2021 I started teaching on YouTube what I learnt at the credit desk. Today I also support MSMEs as a virtual CFO.
